Raising visibility and expanding reach

WP7: Communication and dissemination

Effective communication and dissemination are key to increasing the outreach and attractiveness of the 4EU+ Alliance. 1CORE WP7 focuses on promoting the Alliance's activities and achievements to a broad audience, from internal stakeholders such as students and staff to external partners and institutions across Europe and beyond. By developing a robust communication strategy, WP7 ensures that the message of 4EU+ is consistently conveyed, fostering greater engagement within the higher education community.

The tasks focus on supporting visibility, awareness, and engaging students in communication efforts across the Alliance.WP7 also plays a pivotal role in assisting other WPs in disseminating their results to targeted audiences.

Communication and dissemination plan

Task 7.1 focuses on creating a consolidated plan for the communication and dissemination activities across the 4EU+ Alliance. This plan outlines the key target groups, messages, action plans, and outputs, ensuring that the Alliance’s message is spread effectively within the higher education community and to external stakeholders. The plan is flexible, allowing for updates based on evolving needs throughout the project.

Communication activities

Task 7.2 involves implementing communication efforts at both university and inter-university levels. These include running social media campaigns, producing promotional videos and publications, and organising events. The task also covers maintaining tools such as newsletters, the 4EU+ website, and social media accounts to engage students and broader audiences. All activities are designed to raise awareness of 4EU+ and ensure a consistent communication strategy across the Alliance.

Dissemination events

Task 7.3 is centred on organising dissemination events aimed at showcasing the Alliance’s achievements. These events target a wide audience, including academic communities, stakeholders, and the general public, ensuring that project outcomes are widely shared and contribute to the broader impact of the 4EU+ Alliance.

For students and by students' communication

Task 7.4 emphasises the active involvement of students in leading communication efforts within the 4EU+ Alliance. Students are empowered through a communication toolkit to lead social media takeovers, campaigns, and events, sharing their experiences and perspectives. Student Ambassadors take the lead in these initiatives, pioneering efforts to foster engagement and build a dynamic student-driven community throughout the Alliance.
