As the labour market undergoes significant transformations driven by green and digital transitions as well as global disruptions like the COVID-19 pandemic, staying ahead with updated skills and acquiring new expertise is essential for personal and professional growth. Bearing in mind the implications of the changing world for individuals and society, 4EU+ has launched the Professional Learning Academy, a virtual space for lifelong learning, designed for working professionals and anyone interested in current issues.
In the Professional Learning Academy, you will find courses jointly developed by the universities of the Alliance, as well as links to the individual universities’ opportunities for lifelong learning. Our teaching is based on world-class research, and we strive to make innovative learning formats which serve to support the learning objectives of the individual courses and support needs for flexibility in time and location, so you can learn on your terms and combine learning with your professional life.

4EU+ offers Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) within current themes of great interest. The courses are available online, they are free, and you can access them at your own convenience. Upon completing of a MOOC, you can earn a certificate which you can add to your LinkedIn profile, resume, or CV. Learn more about the courses and register below.
4EU+ offers insightful webinars where you can engage with and learn from experts, fellow learners and participants. To attend live webinars, please register. The webinars are free of charge. Previously recorded webinars are also available on the Professional Learning Academy, so you can access them at your own convenience.
4EU+ regularly offers courses for working professionals developed jointly by two or more of the universities in the Alliance. These courses provide research-based knowledge and skills development, delivered by leading experts from diverse academic backgrounds.
