Warsaw, 27-28 MAY 2026
On 27–28 May 2026, the University of Warsaw hosted “Meet4EU+: Explore, Study, Connect”, the 1CORE Dissemination Event bringing together over 100 participants to discover educational opportunities, share experiences and strengthen connections within the community. The event took place alongside the 1CORE Working Packages Coordinators Meeting.
The event was designed to showcase the opportunities available within 4EU+ and to foster engagement among students, PhD candidates and staff. Through interactive activities, networking sessions and discussions with Student Ambassadors and Student Committee representatives, participants had the opportunity to learn more about mobility programmes, innovative educational initiatives and ways to become actively involved in the Alliance. As the final dissemination event of the 1CORE project, Meet 4EU+ also served as a platform to present key achievements and promote the long-term impact of the project's activities across the 4EU+ community.
The opening session was moderated by 4EU+ Communications Officer Katarzyna Ścierańska and 1CORE Project Manager Laura Colò. Participants were welcomed with a video message from Céline Borga, Chair of the 4EU+ Student Committee, and Maya Thille, 4EU+ Student Ambassador, representing the University of Geneva.
To showcase the impact of 4EU+ from a student perspective, Laura Colò led a conversation with Student Ambassadors and members of the Student Committee, who shared their experiences with the audience.
The programme continued with networking activities organised across five thematic zones: 4EU+ Mobilities and Student Portal, 4EU+ Challenge Lab, 4EU+ Student Ambassadors Corner, Student Committee – Your Voice in 4EU+, and Erasmus Student Network Poland. The interactive format enabled participants to learn more about educational and mobility opportunities within 4EU+.
Following the open event, representatives of the Alliance took part in the two-day 1CORE Working Packages Coordinators Meeting. They reviewed key project outcomes, including Embedding Transversal Skills: Guide to Enriching the Educational Offer in 4EU+, Professional Learning Academy, the Student Portal, the 4EU+ roadmap for a sustainable joint educational offer, and methodologies related to governance, sustainability and stakeholder engagement. During the programme, discussions focused particularly on education, with participants placing greater emphasis on the importance of collecting concrete examples and success stories from the cooperation within the 4EU+ Alliance.
The Working Packages Coordinators Meeting concluded with a dedicated student session featuring representatives from across the Alliance: Arsen Cenaj (Sorbonne University), Baptiste Crosnier (Sorbonne University), Margarita Karaivanova (Heidelberg University), Carla Launay (Sorbonne University), and Flavia Raccanelli (University of Milan).
The events were organised as part of the Erasmus+ 1CORE project.
