Laura is dedicated to fostering collaboration among universities and currently serves as the Project Manager for the 4EU+ 1CORE initiative. She first became involved with 4EU+ while coordinating the ED-AFFICHE project, where she brought together six alliances, 51 universities, ministries, students, and employers to develop recommendations for the European Degree. Prior to this, Laura worked with the UNICA Network, connecting universities from European capitals.
WP1 ensures the smooth coordination and management of the 4EU+ Alliance's activities within the 1CORE project. It focuses on creating effective internal structures that facilitate communication and decision-making across partner institutions, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals of the Alliance. This work package also supports internal reporting, resource management, and compliance with legal and financial regulations.
WP1 is structured around several tasks that ensure the effective management of the Alliance's internal operations and support its long-term sustainability.
Task 1.1 focuses on enhancing communication channels and processes within the Alliance to ensure efficient coordination between partners. This includes managing regular meetings, internal reports, and information flow between the various teams involved in 4EU+ activities.
Task 1.2 focuses on overseeing the project’s financial and administrative aspects, including regular reporting, budget oversight, and liaising with financial officers from partner institutions to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance with the grant agreement.
Task 1.3 involves implementing a quality management system to monitor the progress and success of the 4EU+ project. It includes regular reviews of project deliverables, risk assessments, and the development of indicators to measure project outcomes.
