The first project meeting took place in Warsaw on 11-12 October 2023. On the first day, project members got to know each other and their respective roles within the project. The project’s objectives and expected outcomes were detailed and time-framed. Professor Anna Wojtyś presented the 3D resources she used in her History of the English Language (HEL) classes. Subsequently, Dr. Agnieszka Kałdonek-Crnjaković talked about the research component regarding the use of 3D resources in the HEL classes. The day concluded with a visit to the 3D Lab where we had an opportunity to learn about the production of 3D materials and explore different 3D learning and teaching resources.
On the second day, we discussed multisensory learning and teaching and how it can be enhanced with the use of 3D resources in different language courses. We also delved into the research component of the project in more detail.
