Date: 30 May 2025

Time: 14:15 (CEST)

Location: Online via Zoom and on-site at room 1.410, Faculty of Modern Languages, University of Warsaw, Dobra 55 street.

We are pleased to invite you to the upcoming webinar "AI: Balancing Innovation with Ethics, Resilience, and Sustainability," which will take place on 30 May 2025, at 14:15.

You can join the webinar remotely via Zoom or attend the live screening in Room 1.410 at the Faculty of Modern Languages at the University of Warsaw. The event is open to the general public and aims to foster critical discussions on the role of artificial intelligence in driving innovation while ensuring ethical practices, societal resilience, and environmental sustainability.

This webinar is organised within the framework of the 1CORE project, specifically under Task 4.5, which focuses on strengthening cooperation between universities, students, experts, administration, and external stakeholders. In particular, it contributes to delivering open, research-based educational activities, providing accessible expertise to support further educational and dissemination efforts beyond the live event.

The webinar will be recorded and made publicly available, serving as a continuous resource for educational, institutional, and public engagement initiatives tackling challenges at the intersection of AI innovation, ethics, sustainability, and resilience.

We invite students, academics, NGO members, policy makers, and all those interested in the societal and climate impacts of emerging technologies to join us for this important conversation.

Details of the agenda will be published shortly.
