This year’s summer school will take place on 18-27 June in Copenhagen.

The summer school focuses on socially responsible business law, and the courses deal with concrete challenges in the area, which lawyers, associate lawyers, and others encounter in their daily life.

The programme consists of the following 10 or 8-hour courses:

  • International Commercial Arbitration

  • Mediation in Commercial Disputes

  • International Commercial Contracts

  • EU Competition Law

  • Crypto-Assets: Regulation and Legal Practice

A certificate of participation is issued for 48 lessons of documented participation in the entire summer school, but you can choose which of the courses you wish to participate in. The summer school will be held on South Campus, University of Copenhagen (close to Islands Brygge metro station).

The summer school is prepared within a SEED4EU+ project in collaboration between four 4EU+ universities: The Faculty of Law at the University of Copenhagen, which hosts the summer school; Charles University in Prague in the Czech Republic; Warsaw University in Poland, and Paris-Panthéon-Assas University in France.

Participation is free of charge.
