Chemistry as you have never seen it before
Thanks to the VIRTCHEM project, students have the opportunity to experience an immersive 3D reality while being part of a stimulating international network. Online preparatory lessons are integrated with virtual exercises thanks to the use of virtual reality (VR) programs, equipped with VR workstations. The project is focused on the use of innovative teaching techniques that allow students to interact with typical elements of the chemical world, such as the reproduction of chemistry laboratories, an industrial chemistry plant, or the structure of molecules. This brings students closer to modern technologies that are increasingly used to simulate real situations, and it allows for interactive learning of theoretical and practical skills, which can then be effectively transferred to the real world. Workshops take place at all three participating universities.
