From November 12–14, 2024, the second workshop of the Inclusive Cities project was held at the International Academic Forum Heidelberg, Heidelberg University.
This engaging workshop centered on crafting applications for the Doctoral Network format within the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions program. Participants collaborated on various aspects of the application process, including topic sharing, abstract development, defining aims and context, and fostering exchanges through interactive discussions.
The event provided a dynamic platform for idea-sharing, collaboration, and the successful identification and exploration of shared topics and joint interests across the network. Participants actively engaged in pairing and sharing project proposals, fostering a deeper understanding of common research goals. Collaborative discussions led to the refinement of project abstracts and the articulation of clear aims and contexts for the proposal.
Participants of the workshop were Prof. Kristin Veel and Prof. Henriette Steiner from the University of Copenhagen, Prof. Ulrike Gerhard, Dr. Editha Marquardt, Prof. Tabea Bork-Hüffer and Ira Borgstedt from Heidelberg University, Dr. Karolina Wojciechowska and Ph.D. candidate Sebastian Juszczak from the University of Warsaw, Prof. Basile Chaix and.
