Are you a Master’s student or PhD candidate looking to expand your expertise in nonlinear analysis? Applications are now open for the upcoming 4EU+ Masterclass in Mathematics, taking place this autumn at Heidelberg University.
Organized by 4EU+ Flagship 3 (Digitisation, Modelling, Transformation), this intensive block course bridges theoretical mathematical depth with practical applications in materials science and phase field models.
As part of the Flagship’s global outreach initiative, the course features a unique collaboration between European faculties and international partners, bringing together elite lecturers from Heidelberg University, Charles University, and AIMS Senegal.
Dates: 5–9 October 2026
Application deadline:
General 4EU+ Applicants: 16 August 2026
Heidelberg University Applicants: 4 September 2026
Location: Heidelberg University, Germany (Mathematikon)
Target Audience: Selected Master's students and PhD candidates from all 4EU+ member universities.
