Short module programme “Childbirth and the Pelvic Floor“, organised by Charles University in Prague as part of the project “Academic Partnership for Innovation in Teaching and Learning” (API), funded by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange. Project partners: University of Warsaw (project coordinator), Charles University in Prague, Sorbonne University, University of Heidelberg.
Classes will be conducted online on 1 and 2 March 2022. Participation is free of charge. Language of instruction: English.
This is a practical training course that includes both theoretical and video components focused on the prevention, diagnosis & management of perineal trauma and pelvic floor at the time of childbirth, suitable for professionals involved in women’s health and maternity care, including obstetricians and gynaecologists, midwives, physiotherapists, colorectal surgeons.
Academics, doctoral researchers, master students in relevant fields of studies are welcomed to apply.

There are 20 seats available free of charge on a first come, first serve basis.
