Workshop Mathematics meet pharmacy organized by three 4EU+ universities on 23 and 24 September 2019 in Hradec Kralove brought together research areas of pharmacy and mathematics.
Mathematics meet pharmacy 2019 was one of the first scientific meetings to bring together the research areas of pharmacy and mathematics.
The workshop was organized by members of three of the universities of the 4EU + alliance (Charles University, Heidelberg University and University of Warsaw) at the Faculty of Pharmacy of Charles University. An invited lecture was given by a scientist from University of Copenhagen. With around 50 participants, half of them pharmacists, half mathematicians, and speakers from various parts of Europe, the workshop has contributed to initiating a scientific dialogue between two rather remote scientific areas.
