The aim of the project is to identify the qualifications expected by media companies from Generation Z employees, the needs of Generation Z from employers, and company policies. As well as to compare the expectations of representatives of the German market (which, through geographical proximity and capital influence, has a huge impact on the Central European market) and the end to apply this knowledge in the practical field by organizing workshops for students at Charles University and the University of Warsaw.
